Comprehensive order experience

I placed a rather large order including a Reiskocher, several types of Instant Nudeln, and some Sriracha. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I found it easy to navigate through their extensive product range. My package arrived in 6 days, and I was pleased to see how well everything was secured; even the glass Sriracha bottle was perfectly cushioned. The Reiskocher works as expected, and the noodles were fresh. I did have a question about one of the lesser-known sauces, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful answer. The only minor point is that tracking updates were a bit sparse initially, but the delivery still met the estimated timeframe.

Decent selection, slow delivery

I ordered some Sushi Reis and Nori sheets for a sushi night. The product quality was good, definitely authentic. The prices seemed fair compared to other online stores. However, the delivery took a full week, which felt a bit long. Everything arrived intact, but I wish shipping was a bit faster. Overall, a solid choice if you're not in a rush.

So many great finds!

Oh my goodness, I just received my order from Asiafoodland and I'm so happy! I got a beautiful set of Keramik Geschirr and some delicious Mochi. Everything was packed perfectly, no breaks or anything. I can't wait to use the dishes, they're even prettier in person. And the Mochi is so fresh. I'm definitely going to recommend this store to all my friends who love Asian food. I'll be back for sure!

Always reliable for Asian goods

This is my third time ordering from Asiafoodland, and they're consistently good. I got some Shirataki Nudeln and Currypasten this time, same as before. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me in California, which is standard. Their selection is great, and I know I can always find what I need here. Never had an issue with any order.

Good basics, easy order

I grabbed some Jasmin Reis and a bottle of Sojasauce from here last week. The website was simple to use, which was nice. Everything arrived in about 4 days, packed well. No complaints, will probably order again when I run out.

Anyone know if you can stack coupon codes? Got a new customer one, and wondering if I can combine it with something else from their sales section.

T Tara Kim 3 weeks ago
I tried that last month, didn't work for me. Their system usually only lets you use one code at a time, especially if something is already on sale.

Pretty sure most online stores don't let you stack coupons unless it's a super specific promo. Best bet is to try the one that gives you the biggest discount.

Hey guys, thinking about ordering a bunch of stuff. Does anyone know if they ship to the US, specifically New York? And how long does it usually take to get here?

J June 3 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure they're a German store. I don't think they ship outside of Germany, or maybe parts of Europe at most. You'd probably have to use a forwarding service.

Yeah, I checked once for a friend in the UK and it didn't seem like they shipped internationally. They're more focused on the German market from what I recall.

Hey, what payment options do they have? Do they take PayPal or is it just like, bank transfer stuff?

M Mia 4 weeks ago
They definitely take PayPal, that's what I always use. Super easy.

Yeah, PayPal is an option. I think they have a few others too, like credit card and maybe some local German payment methods, but PayPal is usually there.

Thinking of getting a rice cooker and some ceramic bowls from them. How's the quality of their kitchenware? Are the Japanese knives any good?

A Amber 4 weeks ago
I got a wok from them a while back and it's super solid, still going strong. Friend of mine got some of the chopsticks and they're decent quality too, not flimsy.

Their kitchen stuff is pretty good for the price. I mean, it's not super high-end boutique quality for the knives, but for everyday use, they're perfectly fine and look nice.

Does anyone know if their stuff is actually authentic? Like, is the miso paste and sake the real deal or more generic brands? I'm trying to find proper Japanese ingredients.

L Lisa A. 1 month ago
Totally authentic! I've bought their gochujang and various ramen brands, and they're the same ones I used to get when I lived in Asia. Super good quality.

Yeah, they've been around forever, since like 2004 or something. They're known for having the real deal, not just watered-down versions. Their product range is huge too.
